SilkHarborTravel is a content and information website focused on luxury trains, ocean cruises, five-star resorts, and luxury travel planning inspiration. We publish destination guides, itineraries, comparisons, and related travel content. We are not a travel agency, tour operator, rail operator, cruise line, hotel, airline, or booking provider. - Important disclaimer (no professional advice; informational only)
All content on the Site is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. While we aim to keep information accurate and current, travel details change frequently (pricing, schedules, routes, cabin categories, policies, entry requirements, and availability).

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SilkHarborTravel and its owners, operators, affiliates, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or personal injury, arising from or related to your use of the Site or reliance on content.
This includes (without limitation) damages arising from:
• travel disruptions, cancellations, delays, or missed connections
• provider disputes, refund issues, chargebacks, or denied claims

If liability is found despite the above, our total liability will be limited to the greater of (a) $100 USD or (b) the amount you paid us directly (if any) in the 12 months before the claim arose.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SilkHarborTravel and its owners, operators, affiliates, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
